The greater grison (Galictis vittata) is a species of Mustelid from Central and South America, ranging from southern Mexico to central Brazil, through most of the northern half of South America. They live in savannas and rainforests, usually near streams.
They are nocturnal carnivores, feeding on small vertebrates.
