Probably the most annoying thing a person could do is reblog an animal post from me and remove the informative bit that I spent time researching and writing.

Not so much with the peacock, but other posts with longer bits of info usually take over an hour to research and write all for the purpose of educating the masses about the natural world with the hope that more people will come to appreciate and preserve it. So aggravating to see people just delete all that effort.
